Elle Crée does not accept returns or exchanges. Elle Crée will accept order cancellations if your order has not yet shipped. Please contact us immediately to cancel your order before shipment.

If your kit arrives damaged, please contact order-fulfillment@elle-cree.com with your order number to request a replacement.
